What made you want to begin this after-school project?

Just seeing the kids being so restricted during these times I wanted to give back a little where they can have fun safely and actually enjoy some fun activities.

What does an average day look like in your after-school project?

On Tuesdays we do cardio drumming. I started with two students and have 5 now. I'm super hopeful for more to come. On Thursdays it's a fun day. We play arcade games, play with science magic, play basketball and will start making some cool things with clay.

How do the students like the project so far?

They love it! I love hearing them tell the other students about it and bring new friends along.

Anything else you would like to add about how your project is going?

This project has been such a fun and rewarding experience!
